This week, we take a look at Chicago's most
exciting, burgeoning neighborhood. And no, we don't mean the West Loop (that 'hood is so 2006). We're
looking at Lakeview now. The blocks on the eastern stretch of this
neighborhood have long been occupied by soulless, turkey-wrap-slinging
eateries. But no more. With Chilam
Balam, Melanthios
and DMK
joining stalwarts like erwin,
the 'hood is quickly becoming the destination it should have always
been in the first place.
