Bloody WHIM Immersive Halloween
Running from Sept 27 – November 5
BLOODY WHIM invites you to partake in a haunted immersive art installation where all mediums of art – paintings, music, sculpture, street art, and live characters – come together to create a terrifying Halloween experience.
Experience new rooms of immersive environments filled with dark corners, creepy characters and jump scares pushing audiences to scream their way through. Try a fully reVAMPed line of delicious and unique cocktails created by a team of the best mixologists in the city – the IV Blood bag, the Witches Brew which is meant to share and the Green Zombie – all within the bowls of The Butcher Bar, a Texas Chainsaw inspired bar in the heart of the haunt.
Your ticket includes a blood bag cocktail; access to the Lobby of Second Chances and entertainment on most nights in the Disenchanted Forest.
A Ghost Tour With a death doula
Saturday, October 28th
Go on an in-person tour of haunted places from Lakeview East to Lincoln Park and back again. Learn what these ghost stories teach us about life and death. Outdoors, rain or shine, with dinner and drinks (sold separately) afterward at the most haunted pub in Illinois. Be prepared to slowly walk about a mile altogether. We will send more details a week before the session.

Creature Feature: An Improvised Monster of the Week Show

Join the CinEvil Society as they search for the world’s most evil film! Be the test audience as your villainous host screens a select horror movie to see if it can terrify you into submission. Unfortunately, the aging VHS tapes used to copy these fiendish films from late night tv in the 80’s have degraded over the years, and the missing scenes must be re-created by a cast of damned improvisers freshly summoned from the netherworld. Even though they’ve never seen the original movie. What creature will feature next? The hungry C.H.U.D.? The groovy Ghoulies? Or the big balls of Phantasm? Dare to buy a ticket to this late night fright and find out!

Zombie Halloween Drag Brunch

Brrraiiiiins, and brrrrunch. Join Kit Kat Lounge on Halloweekend for TWO days of The Zombie Halloween Drag Brunch! Featuring Shantell D’marco with hostess Angelicia Maria. There are three seatings each day (Saturday and Sunday) at 10:30 am, 1:00 pm, and 3:15 pm.
