Spring has sprung, and Easter is almost upon us! Like every year, Easter can be an opportunity to spend time with the ones you love, share a meal together, or gather to celebrate with your community. Easter Themed Events (Not on Easter)
Adult Easter Egg Hunt Bar Hop, April 4
Hop on down to Wrigleyville for an ADULT Easter Egg Hunt! You’ll go from bar to bar, drinking, eating, and egg hunting. The crawl starts at 11 am. Get tickets here
Easter Egg Hunt at Gallagher Way – April 4th from 11 am to 2 pm
Bring your little ones to Gallagher Way on Saturday, April 4th for the annual egg hunt! Recreate beloved memories from Easters past for the next generation, or cheer on others while they all race to get as many eggs as possible. In addition to the egg hunt, there’s going to be face painting, balloon artists, and craft stations to keep everyone accessorized to the max. Easter egg hunts are at 11:15, 12, and 12:45 and pre-registration is required. Pre-registration goes live Tuesday, March 24, at 10 a.m.
Duffy’s First Annual Egg Hunt – April 4th from 1 to 3 pm
Take a trip down to Duffy’s for their first ever egg hunt! Sip on $25 bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys as you try your hand at expert egg hunting. Each egg contains a special prize, so you never know how lucky you might get.
Easter Brunch
Easter Brunch at Pilot Project – 10 am to 4 pm
Join Pilot Project for their annual Easter Sunday brunch! Drink to your heart’s content with a beverage menu featuring mimosas, Bloody Marys, espresso martinis, and more. And enjoy a full brunch menu full of all of your breakfast favorites.
Bunny Brunch at Alma – 7 to 11 am
Take your kids to bunny brunch on Saturday or Sunday Easter weekend. You can indulge in a curated brunch menu, and celebrate the holiday with your little ones as they fill out coloring books and meet with the Easter bunny. Plus, they get a special take-home mini Easter basket for the ride home.
Easter at Drew’s on Halsted – 11 am to 9:30 pm
Celebrate Easter Sunday with Drew’s on Halsted this year! They’re observing the occasion all day long from 11 am to 9:30 pm, and cooking up a perfectly curated menu full of local favorites and tasty bites. Their drink menu leaves nothing to be desired, and entails a large selection of wines and beers, as well as a creative cocktail menu with a variety of flavored martinis.
Bunny Hop Brunch at Lark – 11 am to 3 pm
Spend your Saturday at Lark! Starting at 11 am, they’re bringing drag divas Pixel and Sutton out to the stage for your entertainment as you enjoy the bottomless drink menu from the bar. Options include Nutrl canned cocktails, $5 Bud Lights, and more. This Easter, talent is on full display and you don’t wanna miss it.
$55 Easter Brunch at Swift Tavern – 10 am
Swing by Swift Tavern on Easter morning for an eggcelent brunch menu! Take a bite of pancakes, scrambles, and more of your breakfast favorites at this local tavern!
Easter Lunch at Mia Francesca – 11 am
Celebrate Easter with a menu that highlights fresh spring ingredients and elegant Italian flavors. You could start with the Insalata della Casa, or enjoy the Pesce con Capresente, featuring halibut and sea scallops if you’re a seafood lover! End the celebration on a sweet note with the Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake, topped with fresh strawberry compote: an indulgent finish to a memorable Easter meal.
Bunnylicious Easter Brunch + Bad Easter Bunnies Dinners at Kit Kat Club – 11 am & 1:30 pm
If you’ve never attended a drag brunch at Kit Kat Club— you’re missing out. Some of the most talented drag queens in Chicagoland perform here and they give it to you every week! For Easter weekend, they’ve got bunny themed brunches Saturday and Sunday featuring the iconic Kinley Preston and Joan Jullian. Klein’s is offering so many cute Easter themed goods!
