The 16th Annual Festival of the Arts returns to take over Broadway from Belmont to Hawthorn on September 11th and 12th from 11AM – 7PM. Over 100+ Artists, Culinary Treats, a Landscape Oasis, Family Activities, Local Music and Street Performers will be highlighting this once a year, can’t miss festival.
